Use Case Spotlight: Agentic AI in Recruitment and HR

Agentic AI represents the latest incarnation of AI-powered business systems. The democratization of generative AI in the last few years has resulted in a host of tools and platforms, starting with ChatGPT. This trend has reduced the barrier to entry in leveraging AI for day-to-day work. One of the key workflows is the on boarding process, which is also an extension of the recruitment. However, beyond managing the on boarding process in an automated way, AI agents can perform analytics to predict offer drop offs based on a curated and fully automated pre-onboarding interaction sequence with the selected candidates.
