Ltd., a company ("Company") incorporated under the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, and having its registered office at #104/6 Suncity Ibblur Village, Sarjapur Outer Ring Road, Bangalore - 560102  and is subjected to the overall terms of use.

The refund policy of Company is as follows:

(a) You acknowledge that the Services purchased by you are non-transferable and non-refundable.

(b) You acknowledge that the Company is under no obligation to refund any fees and applicable charges paid by you, in full or partially, under no circumstances, including for modifying and extending the duration of the Service, change in the commencement date of the Service, your failure to attend or participate in the Service, modification of the structure or content of the Service.

(c) If a refund is provided under exceptional circumstances, you hereby agree and acknowledge that such amount to be refunded at the sole discretion of the Company.
